Bird’s Eye View House Policies:
 Check-in time is 4pm
Check-out time is 12pm.
No smoking inside the house and on the decks. If smoking does occur, a $500 cleaning charge will apply. You are free to indulge in the
garden or driveway areas.
While we do not require you to clean the house upon departure, a cleaning charge will apply if the house is left in an excessively dirty state.
We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets.
Supervised children are always welcome but we ask you to remember that children are people, too - and will be included in determining
occupancy limits for the house.
Cancellations made within a month (Thirty Days) of scheduled arrival are subject to a rebooking fee equal to 1/2 the reservation booking.
Minimum stay of two days or one week required depending on the season.
Marin County Occupancy Tax (10%) applies to all room rates.
