INVERNESS POLICIES

Please don't smoke in any of the rooms, the lodge, or on the deck
at the Motel Inverness. You'll find ashtrays in both of our gardens,
where you are free to indulge.
•
Sorry, but we can't allow pets anywhere on the property as we are
surrounded by a wildlife refuge - and take our responsibilities
as custodians of this special place very seriously.
•
Supervised children are always welcome. But please remember that
children are people, too, and will be included in determining occupancy
limits. Some of our lodging choices are more suitable for children
than others. We want to be sure that we recommend the best option
for your family so please let us know in advance if you're traveling
with small children or infants.
•
Our
cancellation policy is 72 hours - so if you need to make any changes
to your reservations, try to do so at least 3 days before your scheduled
arrival. If we receive a cancellation with less than 72 hours notice,
we'll do our best to rebook the room. But if we can't, a cancellation
fee equal to one night's booking would apply.
•
Check-in is between 3 and 7 pm. If you need to make special arrangements
for a later arrival, just let us know.
•
Check-out is 11 am. Please be prompt so your room can be prepared
for the next guest. |
